Jason's Mobile Notary and Loan Signing Services
Please ensure all blank spaces in your document are completed before your notary arrives. Documents that do not include a notarial certificate cannot be notarized.
For your convenience, we offer mobile notary services. Our notary will travel to your location and perform the required notarization services on-site.
Do not sign your document until you are in the presence of your notary.
If you have questions about how to complete the document, please contact the individual who drafted or requested it. A notary public is not authorized to provide legal advice or assist in drafting or completing documents. However, our notary is experienced with real estate transactions and can notarize deeds, affidavits, and other related documents.
The individual signing the document must appear in person and present a valid photo ID, such as a government-issued ID, driver’s license, passport, or military ID.
Please have all necessary documents and valid identification ready at the time of your notary appointment. If the individual signing is unable to present ID—for example, an elderly person residing in a care facility—they may still sign the document in the presence of a credible witness who can verify their identity. If this applies to your situation, kindly notify me in advance so we can make the appropriate arrangements.
For copy certifications, the original document must be presented at the time of notarization. Please note that vital records—including birth, death, and marriage certificates—cannot be notarized.
I am ready to travel to you for your notary and signing agent needs! Please let me know how I can help you.
