Texas Government Code § 406.024 sets out the standard fees a notary public may charge for notary public services. All services provided by will incur a travel charge separate from Texas notary fees.

Swearing witness to a deposition

Copies not included must be made by the notary
Uncertified copy of an entry from a notary's record book. (Per page)
Includes 25-50 mile round trip travel
A non-closing fee shall be imposed upon initiation of the notary's travel to the designated location, in the event that the borrower fails or refuses to execute the required documents
A cancellation fee shall be imposed if cancellation occurs within two hours prior to the scheduled appointment time
Jason's Mobile Notary and Loan Signing Services employs a flat-rate mileage structure, calculating distance from ZIP code 78253
